Dee was the first woman in the 150-year history of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company to twice achieve membership in the company's elite Chairman's Club - its top ten agents in the nation. She founded The Institute for Advanced Tax and Business Planning as a vehicle for disseminating up-to-date information on estate and business strategies.

Ina specializes in developing creative wealth transfer strategies for families in business. Her training as a psychologist contributes to Ina's success in helping clients through a phase of the strategizing process that is sometimes the most difficult: articulating the hopes, desires, and objectives that become the framework of each estate or succession plan.

Lee has authored two books and more than one hundred articles on life insurance and its uses in estate tax and business planning (go to "Publications & Bulletins"). His expertise has made him a sought-after speaker by organizations for financial advisors, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Law Institute/American Bar Association, as well as numerous private professional firms. He served as a director of the Association of Advanced Life Underwriting and the Estate Planning Council of New York. Lee testified before the New York State Senate and worked with the U.S. General Accounting Office on the insurance company rating firms.
